How Do I Send It Back?
If for any reason you would like to return a product, please contact us before shipping anything back. In our efforts to simplify the return and refund policy we need some basic information from you to streamline the process. Be aware items will not be accepted for return without a return goods approval.
Please complete the form below so we can review & assign you an “approval code” Once approved, instructions on how to label and return the material to the correct location will be emailed to you. *More information may be requested
Note: warranty, defective product or error on our part will not be subject to the Return Policy. Please give us a call to resolve.
- Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 21 days for a refund less a 30% restocking fee.
- Custom orders and shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Direct shipped from the factory restocking fees will be between 15%-30%.
- Credit for non-stock items will be issued once we have received credit from the manufacturer.
- Orders that included shipping will be assessed in addition to the 30% restocking fee.
- All returns are subject to inspection before refunds are issued. Allow 3 weeks for processing
- We have the right to reject any returns without a valid RGA or after the 21-day return period.
